I was looking for a good club for my daughter, it was very hard to find a good mixed club, my daughter used to play for boys ‘s team I... read more found it very difficult the coach wasn’t treating her fairly nor focus in her development he was just focusing on boys and giving opportunities to boys only although she is very good comparing to some boys plays there. CSR ( Steve, Jawad and Hayden) are very good they will give equal opportunities to girls and boys no matter their age and gender. They focus on individual skills and their development as they believe if individual is strong makes whole team stronger. For example one of the things I really like about them that each match before they will play they will put a plan explained in the board for the girls to follow, After the match finishes they will send a report via WhatsApp about strengths and weaknesses what each player needs to work on and they have players of the match for each game. My daughter played in few clubs but never had that before I am very impressed with their development plan and appreciate all the hard work they are doing to our girls. My daughter is 7 years she plays under 10 league! Because of CSR her confidence and skills are growing rapidly everyone can notice that! Therefore I highly recommend CSR if you want your kids to excel in football this is the right place for you.
